Don was the former broker/owner and founder of the first RE/MAX office in Bloomington-Normal. He is a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, the top 2% of agents nationally. He is also a member of Howard Brinton's STAR POWER network, an organization of real estate top producers nationwide. Don proudly serves as the President of his own neighborhood association Hawthorne II, and is a graduate of Illinois State University and a proud member and promoter of The Redbird Club! Sue is originally from Freeport, IL, and has lived in the Bloomington-Normal area for over 35 years. She has over 17 years of real estate sales experience and loves working with buyers and sellers. She is an avid tennis player at the 4.0 level--her USTA local team finished fourth in the nation. She is designated as an Accredited Staging Professional. She is also a member of the STAR POWER network.

Kelly specializes in helping buyers find their ideal home or investment property. Kelly especially enjoys working with families who are relocating and first time homebuyers. He also brings several years of marketing experience to the team. He joined the The Sutton Team in July 2005, and started as the team’s marketing and sales coordinator. Born and raised in Bloomington Normal, Kelly graduated from Normal Community High School and Illinois State University. At ISU, he majored in Public Relations with a minor in Business Administration. He currently lives in Normal with his growing family. Kelly is passionately involved in the local community. Always on the move, he volunteers at Safe Harbor and Midwest Food Bank, plays church softball through Normal Parks and Recreation, and bowls in a league at Pheasant Lanes. He is also a member of the McLean County Chamber of Commerce NeXt Professionals, a group of McLean County professionals ages 22-35 who strive to be the best in their respective fields, build their personal and professional network and improve their quality of life by giving back to the community. Megan joined The Sutton Team in March 2010 as the Team's Marketing and Sales Coordinator. She is an important team member and resource for our clients. She manages home marketing, schedules advertising, and handles day-to-day transaction and closing activities for Sutton Team clients. Megan is a graduate of Normal Community High School, attended Eastern Illinois University for undergraduate studies in business, and received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia College Chicago. She currently lives in Bloomington with her husband Brian, and enjoys spending her spare time with family and friends. Megan's goal is to keep The Sutton Team up on track with systematic processes while also managing the latest marketing trends in order to provide maximum exposure to our clients!
